Hi! I'm Maya Mourad from Oregon, USA; originally from Indonesia.

For years, my career as a pharmacist demanded long hours and leadership roles only added more responsibility.

Most days followed the same pattern:

I left home before my children were awake, and by the time I returned, they were already asleep.

Day after day, that became normal but deep down, I knew it wasn’t sustainable for the next 30 years.

I loved my profession, but I also knew this truth:

Presence at home matters just as much as success at work.

I wanted to be there not just physically, but with energy.

To guide my children, to teach them faith-based values, and to actually live the moments that don’t come back.

I wasn’t looking to abandon my career.

I was looking for a better structure, something that could grow alongside my life instead of competing with it.

Discovering a legitimate, system-based digital business became an answered prayer for me.

It allowed me to step down from long, exhausting hours, regain flexibility, and be more present at home while still practicing as a pharmacist.

Today, I continue my profession with healthier boundaries, while also building a business that creates income and stability beyond a single role.

This journey isn’t about shortcuts or overnight success.

It’s about sustainability, stewardship, and building something that supports family, faith, and long-term peace of mind.
